Yes, we always recommend it. Your bridal trial is your chance to see your wedding look come to life before the big day. We'll chat through your ideas, try different styles and make any adjustments until everything feels just right. There’s nothing quite like being able to look at yourself in the mirror and see the real thing. It's a lovely, relaxed appointment and often one of our brides' favourite parts of the whole experience. You'll leave knowing exactly what to expect on your wedding morning, and we'll have all the notes and photographs we need to recreate your look perfectly. Plus, it’s included as part of your full bridal package!

We usually recommend booking your trial around 1-5 months before the wedding. This gives us plenty of time to finalise every detail while keeping everything fresh in our minds. In the meantime, you’re welcome to use your bridal portal to upload inspiration photos, ask questions or chat through ideas whenever they pop into your head.

We’ll send you a full preparation guide before your appointment, but here are a few simple tips:Wash your hair the evening before and arrive with it completely dry and loose – not tied or clipped up.Wear a white or light-coloured top, with buttons or a zip if possible.Bring along photos of hairstyles and makeup looks that you love.If you have your veil, hair accessories or jewellery already, bring those too.We’d also love to see your dress if you have photos of it.The more we can see your vision, the easier it is to create a look that ties it all together beautifully.

Bridal trials are available Monday to Wednesday. Weddings keep us wonderfully busy from Thursday through to Sunday, so we keep those two weekdays free for trials and consultations.

As soon as you can! Most of our brides book between 6 and 18 months before their wedding, particularly for spring and summer dates. If you already have your venue and date confirmed, we’d recommend getting in touch sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.

Every wedding is different, so the exact timings will depend on the number of people having hair and makeup. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll create a personalised schedule for the morning so that everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when. Our aim is to keep everything running smoothly while making sure no one feels rushed.

Simply fill in our enquiry form or send us an email with your wedding details. Once we’ve got them, we’ll send you a personalised quote through your bridal portal, and after your contract has been signed and your booking fee received, your date is officially reserved. Then the exciting part begins!

Absolutely! Please feel free to bring along your favourite items to your trial and to the big day itself. If there's a favourite lipstick you always wear or you have products that work particularly well with sensitive skin, we're more than happy to include them in your bridal look.

That depends on the size of your wedding. Smaller weddings are usually looked after by either Sophie or Dee, while larger bridal parties might need both of us and even an additional trusted artist to help keep everything on schedule. Whoever is with you on the day, you'll receive exactly the same friendly approach, beautiful styling and attention to detail.

Of course. If you’re planning to wear clip-in extensions on your wedding day, we’d recommend bringing them to your bridal trial so that we can make sure they work perfectly with our chosen hairstyle.
