Your Appointment

Just like everything we do, your appointment is relaxed, personal and completely unhurried. We’ll welcome you into our cosy home studio, where you can browse our collection of chains, try on different styles and choose any charms or connectors you’d like to include. Once you’ve found your perfect combination, we’ll carefully measure your jewellery for the perfect fit before welding it into a seamless loop. The whole process is quick, comfortable and surprisingly satisfying to watch. Before you leave, we'll make sure you're happy with your new jewellery and provide you with everything you need to know about caring for it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it hurt?
Not at all. The welding process joins the chain together - it never comes into contact with your skin. It’s completely safe and painless.
Will it tarnish?
As long as you take care of it, it won’t tarnish. We’ll provide you with an aftercare guide explaining how to keep your jewellery looking its best, as well as advice on cleaning and caring for your chosen piece.
Can my jewellery be removed?
Yes. While permanent sounds like you have to wear it forever, if you need to remove your jewellery (for example, for a medical procedure) it can be taken off. If you want to wear it again in the future, we’re happy to re-weld it for you.
How long does it take?
Most appointments will take between 30 minutes, depending on the jewellery you’ve chosen and whether you’re visiting on your own or as part of a group.
